moving on (part I)
I am moving on down (as in the opposite direction from the Jefferson's) to a smaller, shabbier, but MUCH cheaper studio in the basement (as opposed to a deluxe apartment in the sky iy iy). Just composed and printed my lease termination letter, my place is littered with half-filled boxes.
But I am looking forward to it -- I'll be two floors down from my good buddy Ang and Carie and her annoying dog, I have a great yard to hang out in (as we head towards winter ):, and I will get to savor that Mill Valley midtown experience and compare it to the downtown experience.
and I should save a lot of $$, something on the order of $5-600/month!
