From looking at the voting distribution, I guess the west coast and the east coast should secede and form their own country, and leave those people in the middle to their red white and blue fantasy world where all gays stay in the closet and losing your right to dissent doesn't really matter because only bad people do it anyway, and they can keep electing people that give their children's future away and keep getting poorer and more ignorant and proud of it, but we can at least protect our own environment and place in the world community.

very depressing -- any of you out there that voted for Bush, what the fuck is wrong with you? I guess it's like John Stewart said -- "the whole election came down to two dudes kissing -- who knew?".

I have said many times since we invaded Iraq that I'm getting that 60's deja vu all over again feeling, and it is almost overwhelming now. While there was hope for change it was manageable, but now the final piece of the puzzle is in place -- the gut knowledge that the majority of your countrymen are just plain wrong and must be stopped in what they are doing to our country and to the world. tighten your seatbelts, this is going to be a rough one.
